Lit 11 project

1. The puritains believed that all humans were born sinners. They also believed that god saved only a certain few people and jesus didnt die for all people. They thought if you were not one of the chosen that everyone else was going to hell. There was no way to earn gods grace if you was not already selected by him and that it was up to the saints to interpret the word of god.

2.These people beliefs were kind of insane, because they were basically saying that almost everyone was going to hell. They said that Jesus didn't die for everyone that it was only a certain few. It may be true that everyone was born to sin but I still think there is always a time to earn gods grace. The way that the puritans thought I'm not saying its wrong I just don't believe that its accurate

3. Total depravity, since Adam and Eve became sinners then everyone was born sinful.Unconditional election, God saved only a certain few the others would be thrown into the pits of hell.
